Javvy has enlisted investment bank Houlihan Lokey to manage the sale process, which remains in its early stages. The brand, founded in 2020 by Justin Kemperman and Brandon Monaghan, generates nearly $300 million in annual revenue. Its product lineup includes protein coffee mixes, refreshers, and syrups, with a standard bag of protein coffee retailing for $34.95.
The company’s market footprint has expanded rapidly, reaching roughly one in every 44 U.S. households. Retail availability now spans major chains including Walmart, Target, and Sprouts Farmers Market, supported by venture capital backers such as Amberstone Ventures, Platinum Mile Ventures, and Selva Ventures. This move follows broader industry trends, as major players like Starbucks recently introduced their own protein-enriched coffee offerings to capture health-conscious shoppers.
