Three Killed in Targeted Shooting at San Diego Mosque

San Diego Police Chief Scott Wahl confirmed that officers arrived at the Clairemont facility at 11:43 a.m. One of the victims, a security guard identified as Amin Abdullah, was instrumental in preventing further casualties as the center prepared for afternoon prayers. Students and staff were evacuated safely, according to Imam Taha Hassane, the center's director.

Investigators discovered anti-Islamic materials inside the suspects' vehicle and noted that one of the weapons used in the attack bore the inscription "hate speech."
