Fulton County Clerk Ché Alexander confirmed the operation to local media, noting that agents arrived with trucks to haul away boxes of ballots. The warehouse has served as a target for proponents of voter fraud claims, including those who once alleged that workers surreptitiously tallied thousands of illegal votes. The Department of Justice recently sued Fulton County for access to these same records, following requests from the state's GOP-controlled election board.
